Hello,(very) long time no see...I know and i do apologise I really do ! It wasn't because I am not passionate about my blog,because i am really allot changed in my personal life and I hope you can understand that and forgive me for my very long absence from the blogging world ! One thing that came from my break is I have a million and one ideas for this blog !So today I'm doing a post which I might make a bit of a series on my blog called "hot or not'?"   and basically it's just a post that will have some products that I loved and was impressed with recently (hot) and some products that disappointed me (not so hot) so lets get straight into it and let me know in the comments below which products YOU found hot or not ?

NYC SKIN MATCHING LUMINIZER FOUNDATION: I am a fan of the NYC brand So at the start of summer,I decided to try this foundation out after reading about it to be a good product,now first of all it was not expensive however that does not mean the product should not do what it says on the tin,it is meant to adapt to your skin tone which it did not,and it made my skin look streaky and dirty rather than glowing like it is meant to so overall I found this product not so hot ! 

BOURJOIS SMOKY EYES TRIO : This is something I dug out of my collection recently as I thought the colours looked perfect do do a brown smoky eye on a summer night,however I was very disappointed to discover the colours were not as they seemed,first of all the pigment in the colours was brilliant! It is not the quality of the makeup i had a problem with it was the colours in the palette they were not glowing and smoky as they looked to be they were red  toned and they did not work together to create a nice smoky eye in my opinion,they were just not that hot ! 

GOSH GLAMOUROUS EYESHADOW IN "GOLD": I really love GOSH  makeup and I have always bought little bits and pieces from it so I always have some in my collection.I recently went through some bits that I had stashed and found this shadow which I thought would be gorgeous in the summer days as it looked really god and shimmery,however when I applied it the colour really let me down it was much more of a yellow than a gold and instead of being glittery it was actually just shiny so I did not think it was hot at all

SMASHBOX LIP ENHANCING GLOSS IN "ILLUME": 

I loved this recently as I think it gave the golden goddess look to my lips its a nude/peachy colour with a shimmer in it that I fond so natural and it was perfect to wear with a smoky brown eye,it really lasted a long time and made my lips look amazing ! I would definitely purchase another colour out of this lip gloss line ! 

RIMMEL LASTING FINISH FOUNDATION : 

I have tried so many high street foundations and Loved some and hated some but one brand that never disappoints me is rimmel,from the wake me up foundation to the appocolips line I am always impressed by the brand,and my latest purchase was no different ! I went looking for a full coverage foundation that lasted and this does just that,it does the job perfectly ! It is easy to blend,and doesn't look cakey but also does not leave me looking shiny over all I was very impressed with this foundation !  

SCHWARZKOPF CRYSTAL SHINE HEAT PROTECTION:

Okay so summer is amazing,but with it it brings sun and heat so when your adding extra heat with a straightener or curler its so important to mind your hair.I recently went through a few hair serums etc. but this spray was the best i have used so far!

 It's light on my hair and does not make it look greasy or damp, it smells amazing and gives my hair a great shine. 

What more could you want,? A reasonable priced spray that smells delicious and gives your hair a !healthy shine all while protecting your hair from the damaging heat ? Its a over all HOT product !

                            How are you all ? Good I hope ! Today's post is going to be my Beauty Wish List ! Just a few bits that I hope to be able to try out over the next few months !It is also kind of my birthday wish list because my birthday is in 2 weeks ! 


1: Bobby Brown 'Old Hollywood Palette' 
    Being a Bobbi Brown Fan I often browse on their website to see if anything catches my eye (and something always does) and when I was on it recently i saw this palette and fell in love ! It's a 9 colour Palette with a nice mixture of tones and there are some sparkly ones and also some matte ones.I really hope to get this !

2:Benefit Coralista :
I'm a big fan of the benefit boxed blushes,however I have not yet tried the coralista one and considering I always wear peachy kind of blushes it is really something I do need to pick up in the next few weeks !

3:Dior Airflash Spray On Foundation:
Well this has been on my wish list for a good while now but it's just one of those things I haven't gotten around to but I really want to ! 

4: Mac Neutral Palette
I know that most people build up their mac palettes but I really want to build up a neutrals Palette ! 

5:Naked 3 -urban decay
I am obsessed with my naked palette so you can only imagine how much I  am dying to get my hands on this!

 Today's post is going to be a bit of a weird one,last week I did a Q&A on my facebook page and one of the things I got asked alot about  is  Internet shopping,

-how to do it safely ?

-who's reliable ?

-what are some good online stores ?

 So I thought I would do a post that was like a masterclass for your guide to Internet shopping !

HOW DO I KNOW A WEBSITE IS RELIABLE ?  

This can be a bit tricky , I think if you know somebody who has ordered off a website and everything was legit or If a website is advertised on TV it most probably safe.If you are unsure about a online store do some research like google the name of the site and look for some feedback.If a website looks a dodgy or unofficial do not give them your credit card details !!  If you have questions about a certain online store leave the name in the comments below and I will see if I can find anything out for you !

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT IS SAFE : 

To order online you must own a card of some sort.Different shops will accept different types of cards.Personally I really only feel comfortable using a website that uses Paypal.You can get cards that are used strictly for Internet shopping and no credit card is needed however only certain online shops will accept this.

HOW MUCH IS P&P (POST AND PACKAGING) ? 

This  varies widely from store to store and it also depends where you are getting it shipped to and from.Because I don't live in the US when I order from there the p&p is quite expensive,but this would be the same if you lived in the US and were having something shipped from Europe.If you are looking for details on a certain store there should be all the information available on that website ! 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF IT DOSEN'T FIT ? 

Again this will be different in each case.When internet shopping it can be quite hard to tell your size because you can't try it on so every store I have bought from has a fair returns policy but make sure to read the returns policy on the website before making a purchase ! 

WHAT IS A DISCOUNT CODE ? 

A discount code is like a coupon for online shopping.
